Greenwood Mall offers 128,000 square feet of lettable Grade-A retail space across three floors and a basement, with 108 units spanning supermarket, fashion, food and beverage, banking, healthcare, telecoms and entertainment categories. Wide circulation areas, strong tenant visibility, ample parking for 300 vehicles, and a prominent position along a key arterial route make it the go-to retail destination for Meru and its surrounding counties.

Greenwood City was developed by Fusion Capital, an international private equity firm and real estate developer with a track record of delivering large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects across East Africa.

Meru Greenwood Park Limited is a special purpose vehicle owned 83.2% by a syndicate of Fusion-led investors and 16.8% by Binder Limited, a Kenyan consulting firm with interests across legal advisory, infrastructure, real estate and economic development. Together, the partnership combined local market expertise with institutional capital and development capability to bring Greenwood City to life.

Meru Town is the commercial and administrative hub for multiple surrounding counties – home to a growing concentration of SMEs, agro-traders, service businesses, students from nearby universities, and domestic tourists passing through the Mt.
